How do I instigate a support call?

Our preferred method is via the support portal which can be accessed via this link . You will need an account to access the site.  If you don't already have an account please contact us to arrange one. 

Alternatively you can e-mail us at support@servaplex.com, giving details and as much information as you can about the issue that could be relevant.

We would also ask that you check the relevant product's knowledgebase to determine if a solution to your problem is already posted.  A list of sites will be found elsewhere in this FAQ. Don't hesitate in contacting us if an immediate solution is not obvious as we may already have information that may not have been published.
