This is particularly evident with Novell, who provide a broad range of solutions from the operating system through to end user services. Like LiveTime, Novell is committed to Open Standards and provides the perfect infrastructure for LiveTime's Incident, Configuration, Service and Asset Management.

Novell LiveTime Open Enterprise

The key to stability, performance and scalability with any enterprise infrastructure is the operating system. LiveTime can leverage either of Novell's core operating systems, NetWare and SUSE Linux ES. With its built-in support for Java, Apache, Tomcat and JBoss, LiveTime can be installed and configured in less than an hour.

Authentication Services

LiveTime provides pre-integration to Novell's eDirectory authentication server for centralized user management throughout the enterprise. In addition, LiveTime will soon announce support for SecureLogin, Novell's Single Sign On (SSO) solution, allowing LiveTime to provide SSO capabilities for all users of the system.


Asset Management

A robust asset management solution with auto discovery of all network devices is vital to any IT service solution. LiveTime provides built-in integration with Novell ZENworks. Simply choose ZENworks from the popup menu, along with the synchronization interval, and immediately see the assets in LiveTime. It's that easy. LiveTime currently supports:
