LiveTime Service Manager v4.0 has received PinkVerify™ Service Support ITIL Certification from Pink Elephant. Service Manager v4.0 has been certified for the following core ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Configuration, and Change Management. 
 

Java Enterprise System Ready
 

The Java Enterprise System from Sun Microsystems provides the key infrastructure and services required by an organization. This pre-integrated software includes email, applicaton servers, network identity and collaboration services. LiveTime Support Desk and LiveTime Help Desk work seamlessly with the Java Enterprise System to provide a complete customer service and support solution.

J2EE Certified
 

LiveTime Support and LiveTime Helpdesk have been certified by Sun as J2EE applications that meet or exceed the testing criteria outlined at http://java.sun.com/j2ee/verified.
