financial information into a preformatted, customized template.
2. Choose a delivery
method
Choose how to deliver the document. The
recipient's address details are automatically extracted from the Microsoft
Great Plains database. Set Zetadocs to send your documents as a batch or
individually. Zetadocs does the rest, saving accounts staff time and
effort.
3. Archive
automatically
Zetadocs sends your documents by fax or
email, and can print a paper copy, if required. Files are archived and can
be retrieved quickly and simply on screen using a range of criteria.
