How Zetadocs works with Navision:
1. Select your
documents
Select the Navision documents you want to
send. Zetadocs for Accounting automatically converts them to PDF format
and places them in the Zetadocs Outbox. The software intelligently
recognizes the document type, e.g. statement, invoice etc. and merges the
financial information into a preformatted, customized template.
2. Choose a delivery
method
Choose how to deliver the document. The
recipient's address details are automatically extracted from the Sage
database. Set Zetadocs to send your documents as a batch or individually.
Zetadocs does the rest, saving accounts staff time and effort.
3. Archive
automatically
Zetadocs sends your documents by fax or
email, and can print a paper copy, if required. Files are archived and can
be retrieved quickly and simply on screen using a range of criteria.
Documents like invoices, statements and purchase orders are always at your
fingertips, and can be retrieved in seconds.
