avi, jpg, mpg, etc. When a file with one of these extensions is saved in

Configure an Assistant to check each user's share for files that have
not been accessed in the last six months. The check could be performed
every Sunday night to prevent impacting system performance. If a file
meeting this criteria is found, have it moved to a low cost storage
device, or an "old files" directory that is not included in your backup
operations. You could also compress the file to further increase your
capacity gain.

files that have not been accessed within the last six months and delete
them. It could mean an occasional visit to the backup tape cupboard, but
