Northern Storage
Assistant is available in the Northern Storage Suite purchase
option.
Northern Storage Suite
Northern Storage Suite includes Northern Storage Reporter, Northern
Storage Assistant, Northern Storage Chargeback, Northern Quota Server
2003 and Northern Storage Portal. This purchase option provides the full
range of functionality necessary to quickly and efficiently deal with
every aspect of modern Storage Resource Management.
Licensing
Northern Storage Suite
is licensed per host and by capacity. A host is defined as any
traditional Server, NAS or SAN device - essentially any physical device
that meets the minimum requirements for the solution. Capacity
requirements per host are determined by the total capacity of that host,
the sum of all volumes on the host.
Cluster and site licenses are available as well as educational, governmental

Return on Investment
Each component of Northern Storage Suite focuses on reducing the
administrative costs associated with storage provision and consumption.
