If you have Policy Patrol version 4: You will be able to keep your existing configuration. Read the upgrade guide for further instructions on how to complete the upgrade from version 4.
If you have Policy Patrol version 3 or earlier: It is not possible to keep your existing configuration. To migrate to version 5, please follow the instructions in the Policy Patrol 5 migration guide. If you require assistance you can request Red Earth Software to migrate your existing configuration by filling out the migration request form. The charge for this service is $150.00 USD.
Note: You require a new serial number for version 5.
Maintenance holders
If you have a valid maintenance contract the serial number will be provided at no additional cost. Version 5 serial numbers will be sent out to maintenance holders in August 2007. If you want to receive your new serial number before then, please send an email to sales@servaplex.com stating your company name and maintenance ID.
Non-maintenance holders
If you do not have maintenance you will need to purchase an upgrade to version 5. For more information on the upgrade prices, please contact Sales at sales@servaplex.com.
